ZigBee, RF4CE, JenNet-IP and IEEE802.15.4 wireless microcontroller with 256 kB Flash, 32 kB RAM

JN5168微控制器是一款超低功耗、高性能的无线微控制器,支持JenNet-IP、ZigBeePRO及RF4CE网络协议栈,以方便家庭自动化、智能能源、光链路和远程控制应用的发展。该系列微控制器配置了增强型32位RISC处理器,内嵌256 kB Flash,32 kB RAM和 4 kB E2PROM,通过可变宽度指令、多级指令流水线、低功耗与可编程时钟速度来提高代码效率。同时还包括一个2.4GHzIEEE802.15.4标准的收发器和一个全面的混合模拟和数字外设。三种内存配置可供选择,以适应不同的应用。工作电流为15mA,具有0.6uA睡眠定时模式,使设备可以以纽扣电池供电并使电池寿命更长。
JN5168无线微控制器的外设支持广泛的应用。这些外设包括I2C,可配置成主机或者从机的SPI接口,一个4通道ADC,一个温度传感器。同时还支持一个100个元素或者20键电容触摸屏的开关矩阵。
